Hosting is conducted through Matterport servers, and scans can be transferred to other accounts if hosting is not required. 3D Interactive Scan
With 3D Scanning technology and Matterport hosting, we are able to provide complete interior scans to agents and their clients. This allows prospective buyers and buyer agents to peruse through properties at their leisure. Sellers like this capability, as it means they only need to clean/stage their property once preparing for the scanning process.
For exteriors and lots unable to apply 3D technology, 360 Degree images stitched together will still provide greater clarity to buyers looking at the full extent of the listing.
Virtual Tour
With Virtual Tours, users are able to apply tags to any surface within the model itself. These tags allow users to label and describe what is being seen within the 3D environment. Perfect for agents to provide descriptions to prospective buyers on the various qualities or concerns of the subject property. Additionally, using capture technology, we can generate a walk-through video and apply an agent's voice-over for those people that would prefer a guided video tour, instead of a self-guided one.
4K Photography
While scanning the site for the 3D Model, the 134-megapixel camera allows us to capture multiple 4K quality snapshots of the property. As a result, you are able to generate high-quality 2D images of the listings to be posted on the MLS and in marketing material. No need for low-quality smartphone pictures or paying for separate high-end cameras.
Digital Measurements
Within the 3D Model, users will be able to make measurements throughout the model. Because of the camera's use of infrared sensors, it is able to fabricate accurate dimensions of the interior of the property. The user will be able to determine the size of rooms, the dimension of appliances and tables, the sizes of doorways and even irregular spaces for unique objects.
Top-Down Floorplan
In place of a traditional black and white schematic (which is an optional purchase) Matterport provides the ability to view the various floors of a building from the traditional top-down perspective. Users are able to apply labels alongside measurements to the floorplan in order to provide greater information to viewers. At a glance, viewers will be able to see what are the various rooms and their dimensions.
2D Schematics
For those that desire a schematic of the property, Matterport provides an à la carte option to convert your 3D Scan into a schematic - just like the image above. Active Spaces are housed on Matterport servers and allow the public to view the contents of the scan. Once the space is active, the URL for the active space can be linked anywhere: the MLS Listing, social media, e-mails, etc.

*Cost of a Gallon of Gas is determined based on prices at the Chevron located at 2684 S Santiam HWY Lebanon, OR.

For those looking to provide a 3D interactive scan of their property for a long-term or indefinite amount of time. Perfect for business owners or property managers looking to show off their establishment or facilities: gyms, arcades, clubs, rentals, etc. Payment covers 12-months of hosting (at $15 a month) - and a discount (at $10 a month) in the cities of Lebanon and Sweet Home. The scan can also be displayed on Google Maps and your business page for greater reach to customers and clientele.
If later, rescans are desired (to showcase renovations or new offerings) a $50 rescan + hours + fuel will be charged without needing to alter the existing plan.
